For those who use the online application forms for endorsements and
qso upgrades, they were not submitting correctly as of earlier today.
It appears to be a problem with the server configuration at that
particular host. I have moved the forms to a better server and they
are now working again (actually better than before).
Sorry for any inconvenience, as I do not know exactly how long they
were down.
