Hello All,

It's now looking like I might be able to get away on Friday. With any luck that should put me into Nevada late in the day -- possibly around 00:00 UTC or a little later.  I'm hoping to set up a base camp on Palmetto Mountain, so I should be on a lot of the day on Saturday too.

If I can, I will get the station set up and start calling CQ on Friday late afternoon/early evening mostly on 20m and 40m.  I will be in the area until Sunday looking to activate Palmetto Mountain, Magruder Mountain and Harvey Peak.  It's possible that I could have the digital station set up on Harvey too.  Magruder will be SSB only as it is a bit of a hike and I am not going to pack two deep cycle batteries and a laptop ;-)

Last weekend's shake down excursion to Frazier Mountain was very informative.  I've hopefully ironed out a lot of bugs and gotchas.  Here is the full write up from that trip:
