You could check out "GenLog" by W3KM. It's free. The best contester the 070 Club ever had was N2EOC, Chuck.
He used it for all of the Club's contests.
If you download the program, you can email W3KM, Dave, and ask him for an updated 070 Club Member utility file that recognizes a member when it's logged.
There's a link to his software on his QRZ page.
