Randy...
You're going to get all kinds of replies to your question...hi hi...You might think about using your 250 Cycle B__ S___ filter!
I'm not familiar with that waterfall. May I ask what software it is?
You said, 14068-69. May I ask the width of the signal?

Hi Randy,

Looks like its either Olivia or Contestia.  What day was it?  I think the Salvation Army net runs one of the wideband modes on Saturdays.  I have seen it up the band when I have been running Hell on 14.063.

No, it's neither of those. I work both of those. This sounds more like some type of Pactor that seems to just be idling.

I've not seen a signal like that before.
5 kc is a big signal!
Dick seems familiar with it.

When I look at the first image I see a signal that runs from 2380 Hz to about 2850 Hz.  That would be 470 Hz wide, not 5KHz.

Second image, same sort of signal from maybe 1375 thru 1860, again roughly 485 Hz wide.

I’m also seeing what look like psk traces which sort of confirms that bandwidth estimate based on relative scale.

It looks like some sort of multiple frequency shift keyed signal, four tones.  If we knew the time scale in the image you could probably estimate the symbol rate.

Based on the repeated pattern I am taking a WAG and suggesting some sort of ALE?
