I just received this from the ARRL WAS manager:
If you apply now for WAS which you worked on PSK31, you would get the RTTY
WAS award, because right now all digital modes fall under that category.
However, there are plans in the works to include PSK31 as a separate WAS
award, which will be dated, but not numbered.
Darn, but good as they are going to have the award.
