There is a PC card advertised in back pages of QST that has 8 relays which may be controlled remotely. If I recall it works via phone lines.  It has an access you can program can’t recall how many digits, but I know that 4 numbers will have about 10,000 possible combinations.  If you could you something like this, I might be a project.  I have something similar here, but haven’t used it in a while.
