Grid-pedition to CN98
Paul - I need CN98, my last one for WA. Unfortunately I'm on a business trip without radios, so I won't be available on Monday. So please put me on your list for a later return trip. Thanks 73, Steve

Operating portable and logging issues
John (and Paul) - Actually, the only things that have to match to get a LoTW confirmation are date/time/callsigns/band/mode. Once that match is made, you get credit for wherever the other station says

Sending logs ???
Not all scoring systems are set up the same way. Back when PSK31 was invented, it was (for a while) the only PSK mode. So the ADIF standard called it a MODE and defined the MODE as PSK31. This results

I figure that a quick exchange takes about the same time as explaining he's a dupe. So (especially this time) I just did what Bob said: work the dupe and move on. I also vote for leaving in the log. T
