Is Grid FM28 a hard one to get?
Jerry - They may not count for DXCC but they still count for certain grid awards. In fact, at least one award program (www.gapawards.com) has a special category for "wet" grids that don't contain any

Yes, it could be built from submissions from members, but don't forget we also have the log checker's database. That would have a larger sample size than anything we could get from direct submissions
