Sorry Steve. No plot (but not a bad idea). I just wasn't expecting
anybody to jump out of the gate like that and have been slacking recently on updating the application page. Things have been a little hectic lately for me and I have been putting off those important tasks. Application page has been updated with the JA and EA specials. Congrats and way to go with those JA's.

Thought I might let everyone know I stumbled into a JA New Year Party, think it was a 3 day event as keep working them so that did help and I do have a great direct path to JA usually well it has been down the past few nights.
And the diodes are working on the EA's but seam to not affect the EA8 stations. SteveD N6YIH

Well thank you Sir, It sure was fun getting the JA stations I tried to work all new stations and passed on anyone that I had worked before but, gave in at number 17 and worked someone I had talked to before, The problem with access the web page was just great timing, then no place to request the endorsement, it was all just too funny here. But all in good fun, I am glad I did rush as the last few nights have been really bad to Japan only one station the same one the past few nights. Well, I hope everyone enjoyed the fun I had here trying to get the DX award. I did enjoy myself and had some good fun. Well, on to the next one and the PSK Fest, Hope to work all the 070 members I have not worked yet, someday I hope to have all the members on the Alpha list in my log. Happy New Year everyone. now that I have the contacts for the award DX-JA I cannot open the application web page??? it said I am not authorized access??? OK so is this a plot to keep me from getting the DX- endorsements??? Now as my anit-DL filter I think it is adjusted to anit-EA but I maybe able to complete it anyway, I already have 2 stations EA8HB and EA8EH I may haft to work every ham on the islands to get the EA award this year but I will finish the JA award already at 75% there HI HI SteveD N6YIH/7

2001 DX Specials

HNY to all on this cold and sunny day. It is about 26F (-3C) here in
western Pennsylvania with an occasional snow flurry here and there, less than an inch of the white stuff on the ground. Hasn't been much here in the way of snow yet this winter, but the smell of pork and sauerkraut wafting thru the house and football noises coming from the tv tells me it is January 1st. Looks like a good time to stay in the house, drink beer and watch football hi! I forgot to post the last day that I will accept logs for the 2001 DX Specials. So for the lucky ones who managed to put 20 of those very rarest of rare DL stations in the logbook, please note that the last day to send submit requests for this endorsement is January 31, 2002. That should give "you know who out in Idaho" enough time to put his logbook under his pillow and hope that the log fairy changes that DU to a DL, ya think? 73 de Jay N3DQU.
