Lee,

I love it!

John made a hellava push on this one.

It will be tilly-bar-the-door on the Doubleheader.

Will you be able to get on 160M in this critical test? Could it make the difference?

John was running high power. If you are up against him primarily, maybe time to drag out the Amp?

May the best man win!!

73, see you on the air.

Stan

Stan,

Can't wait to see the Leader Board for the RC3 Cup. I wouldn't be surprised to see John pass me. Good for him!!! The last contest of the year will determine the winner I'm sure...but I can assure you I'm going to give it my best shot. And I'm sure John is to. This will be a lot of fun. Looking forward to seeing everyone on the air during the contest.

Top Dawg and 1st in High Power was John, KC3FL of Inverness, FL, with a record breaking 74 QSOs and 4290 points. Another stellar showing from John who seemed to be all over the bands. How will he do in the RC3 Championship race against Lee, N5SLY?

High Power - Second Place was new member #2797, Darin, KO4EJD of Crestview, FL, with 2047 points. Third place was Bob, KF3AA of Huntingtown, MD, with 1968 points.

Medium Power - First place was Stan, W9SMR of Sarasota, FL, with 2548 points. Stan seems to be enjoying the contests lately using his jury-rigged Inv-L run through the neighbor’s palm trees.

Medium Power – Second Place was grabbed by Lee, N5SLY, of Sherman, TX with 2250 points and Third Place went to Dave, KB3RAN, of Lusby, MD, with 920 points.

Low Power – First Place was non-member and new ham Jeff, AC1JR of Dustable, MA with 2408 points. Jeff has since joined us as member #2807. Welcome aboard, Jeff!

Low Power - Second Place went to Steve, W3HF, Collegeville, PA, with 2054 points. Third Place went to Dave, WA3LXD of Ft McCoy, FL with 972 points.

QRP Power – First Place went to Steve, VA3FLF of Fort Erie, ON with 25 QSOs and 442 points. That’s a great achievement on these low bands these days.

I have been busy for the last week doing some house reno, and today is a first day to take it easy. My Cobweb took a beating from our last wind storm and I am still waiting on my wire kit from MFJ so I can restring it.
I am on a 20/40 End Fed and it does a pretty good job on 15.

I am on 15 M,  21.070 for a little while,. 1805Z

I managed to work W7PFB, W7JHR, and W0JSL on 15.  Worked KG5OIB on 17, but  could not find him on other bands.  I tried WSPR on 10 mtrs and the stations receiving me were all on the West coast, but did not see anyone on 10.  Call several times on 12 with no takers.

All and all it was nice to see some psk31 activity on the other bands.
