For tomorrow it look like we will be going thru DN20 (where we are staying tonight), DN10, DN11, DN01, DN02, and CN92. Will be starting first thing in the morning in DN20, probably around 9:00 PDT and will try to let everyone know when in grids, if there is cell coverage.

KC3EF Report for 10/04/18

Today had mixed results. Spent a lot of time call CQ with no response. Got frustrated and went to the dark side and worked a bunch of stations on FT8. For DM37 worked N2SI, VA7GEM, K5TUX, and N7WE. For DM38 worked N0DLR, VA7GEM, N4GBK, N4SG, and K4KEW. For DM28 Utah worked VA7GEM, N7WE, and N4GBK. For DM28 Nevada worked VA7GEM. For DM29 worked W9MB, N7WE, KD9LPA, K0JGB, AB0XE, AE5ZA, and W3HF. For DN20 worked N7WE, N4GBK, and W3WMU. For DN21 worked W3WMU, N7WE and N4GBK.
Propagation seemed to change over the day with the Northwest being blanked out during the late afternoon and the South getting better over the day. For a lot of the day spent a lot of time calling CQ with no response and not seeing any other traces on the waterfall. 73 Dick - KC3EF |
