I've worked him on 20m before. Very nice ham, and a nice card to add to

collection (he does QSL on paper, something I very much appreciate!) --
he's
pretty quick about getting cards out, too.

Hi Everybody,
In layman's terms, can someone explain to me how I can work a UA0, an
RA0 and an HL5 on 20 meters, then go down to 40 meters and work a PY2,
a KP4 and an XE1...then go up a bit to 30 meters...and it's dead as a
door nail!...No signals...called CQ for 5 minutes and nothing...All of
this was between 0300 and 0415Z this evening.
Is their an explanation for a hole in the muf?

Re: Triple Play

Scotty W7PSK

You still get to keep your WAS for 48 states for basic, in fact this should fill it in (as it did for my 20M PSK31 WAS).   This is just a new award to be accomplished in 2009.  Last date for a contact is 31 dec 2009.

You work all 50 states  in each mode of CW, SSB and Digital (RTTY/PSK what have you) for a total of 150 contacts.

here is a place to locate Contacts, Ive decided to use it as going by hand might be tough HI

I had 48 states in LOTW as of 12/31/08 so now I get to start over... :-(

Who did you find in North Dakota that does LOTW and psk31? I've been

shouting into the wind for two months now with no results.

Works for me..I will keep my email open and watch for your message.

It's funny, I haven't got the interest in the Triple Play. I am so into the
EUPSK club and have rarely used SSB. I still keep busy with CW, but with
TP, I am handling about 4-5 request/day. Fun
