The KK7UQ IMD meter is a nice piece of equipment to have in the arsenal. I don't want to put anyone off Jim's product but at $154.95 some folks may be a bit shy about getting it.

I usually ignore IMD reports because I knew from the start that they need to be measured when signal is at IDLE. As for as I'm conerned they are about as useful as "something on a boar" .

I’d like to add that the KK7UQ IMD meter has been an invaluable tool in my shack. An independent IMD tool is imperative for understanding how you are getting out. Money very well spent.
