Re: Its was fun when I could get on...
Brian,
I would recommend the fldigi program. It has the ability to switch to contest mode. Then all you need to do is click on the exchange and it will fill in the srx that is required.
Hope this

I also had fun and wasn’t on the air as much as I would have liked but did okay for the times I was on.
I did noticed that the scorer did not allow AD9H #2530 as a valid 070# and may be because he

Shoulda been able to hear you, but saw KB3RAN working you on both 40 & 80m. It's poor propagation when I can't get across the Cheddar Curtain. :-(

Thanks, Steve!

wire with a Hustler 6btv for transmitting, and I could tell by the spotting
networks I was warming fewer

Hey Guys !
Maybe we should have sat this one out. Tried working W3HF today and I barely made it after several call. It's propagation !!! The propagation gods are not happy ... think

Hey Brian
I've seen you call CQ 30 times here in the northeast this weekend. Of those 30, only 10 were error free where I copied your entire CQ correctly "CQ 070 TDW de WA6I WA6I bonus station CQ

Here in Illinois on 20/40m have been usable ... 80m was for a bit Friday night (Saturday morning UTC ). Nothing on 15/10m , although KZ3T & I tried 10m with zero results.
Just a stinky weekend

Wolf — When we worked your signal was very light although I copied 100%, however, I believe
you were the only CA station I heard at the time. I would have thought CA would be booming in to
the East

Bad condx on east coast. No EU or SA stations Sunday afternoon. Usually waterfall is busy. Only 2 or 3 traces on waterfall. Traces not clean, look fuzzy. I think everyone turned off their rigs

Conditions are pretty stinky this year, so that could be a big factor. And there seem to be fewer members on the air this year, but that could also be propagation conditions preventing many

Re: Is WA6I Deaf ?
Hi Wolf !
Nope, you're not deaf. We're at bottom on sunspot cycle and propagation is really crummy.
I've seen your signal many times during contest, but I've already worked you on those bands.
