35-40 watts is a decent power level out for PSK31. Usually run about 40 watts, but have to watch power out meter as FT-1000MP has a tendency to creep upwards with power for some reason. The

Hope you weren't running a lot of power. A friend who used to live here in town did that with some power on SSB and ended up with "flaming traps" (might have been a KW). I would recommend erring

Worked a few on 30 tonight including David. Signals were not decoding very well. 40 meter PSK31 looks good. Seeing several DX stations on 7.070. If you are not in the tstorms, you might try 40

Got my TA-33 back in 1978 and it was used (3rd , maybe 4th hand). Whoever had it last had left it laying on ground with trap drain holes looking at sky. Water got into traps and Northern Winter

Jerry ...my TA33 has only been up for about 2 years on a 40' tower ... most it has been exposed to so far has been 60mph winds with no problems .... this has been a great antenna !

My TA-33 survived 95 mph winds that ripped it off 80 tower back in 80's. Tower never moved.

Well, this is the first time this has happened to me by an 070 member!!!
I was trying to work a 3 land station and all of a sudden a NJ station came
