C31VQ on 40m + Stacked registers

Yeah, probably a tough one to get from BC. Sorry. It wasn't easy from the east coast either. I don't know if he had European QRM or what, but it seemed to take quite a few calls for him to copy me.

That's not funny! Though if you want to count that way, my QSOs with Duncan ZL3JT using my Small Wonders Lab PSK20 (at 3 watts) and the attic dipole would run at over 482 MILLION cm/W. Maybe it's not
