Here's how you change your name or address in the FCC ULS, and thus on QRZ. You need to have a valid address, so you can't leave it blank, but you can change your name to just about anything once you

Great observation. If I'm in contest mode, or just trying to get WoTM or BINGO credit, I'm less interested in chit-chat. I just want a "legal QSO" as you put it. And I'll often/usually ignore

I went to see if I could change my name on QRZ.com. You have to look closely, but in the upper righthand corner there is small print that says an $8 charge applies ! Only for FCC changes here in

'G' stations can change their name in QRZ.com without messing up their licence details. My full name is William John but I am always known as John and changed it on QRZ.com some time
