When I was in Maine back in 1970s Lobsta was about $5 a lbs.  Lobsta used to be poor peoples food back in the day until the noveau riche decided it was good and drove the prices up.   Actually, Maine fisheries have limited the lobsta catch and that is why prices have gone up so Maine lobstermen can make a decent living.

Is this an uncommon grid?

Dave K6NIA/VA3NIA

I'm (hopefully) going to be in the mountains next week for a little break. I always bring a radio with me, although I usually do only CW on such trips. Is CM98xl an uncommon grid? If so, I'll put the SignalLink and the laptop in the go-box, and operate a little PSK31 to help the grid chasers.

Paula,

this is is surly disappointing but if they can fix the crashing in SuperSweeper, it still would be a win.  I’m in the process of having a phone call and maybe a remote secession with a tech.  You, Rich and I have called there attention to the Alert problem in SS so maybe they will address it quickly.  We do know it works in Win 7, so hopefully it’s not something to difficult to overcome.
thanks for your input.

Re: MixW 3.1 HELP ????

ON2AD Pat

Hi Jim,

Yes I know, there are a lot of HAM's that use MixW3.

Have you visit my webpage at:
http://users.telenet.be/ON2AD/
Click on MixW3 and you will find some usefull info about MixW3.

About MixW4:
I'm Beta tester of MixW4 and at the moment with the version that are on
https://rigexpert.com/products/software/mixw-4/downloads/  to download in the 32 or 64 bits version is workable.

I also wrote a English and Dutch manual from about 130 pages each of MixW4.
The biggest problem I think is the layout for many HAM's but I have saved some layout's for 1 and 2 screens and I can always send those layouts
or upload to the files here.

It's only a learn process I think, but at the moment they are rework the logbook of MixW4.

Hope you have time to visit my website.

Hi Jerry,

Have you done an automatic backup like I wrote in a manual in the
https://070club.groups.io/g/main/files/1.%20MixW3 I just uploaded
Then if you have done, then replace the MixW2.ini with thos that are in the Backup folder.

If not the rename your MixW2.ini file in MixW2.ini-OLD
and restart MixW3, but now you must setup all the info's again that's all.

Hope this will solve your problem

Pat, many thanks for uploading those help files to the reflector.  There are many of us that still use MixW3 (and stay away from W4).

Hi Pat !

Problem solved yesterday.  I clicked on the "IMD" at bottom of screen and it apparently put MixW into "AM" mode. That made BPSK31 inoperative. Now all is back to normal.

Thanks for your help !
