According to QRZ.COM, email address for ZL7DX is via the QSL manager ZL2DX (same guy, Chris Hannagan) at: zl2dx@xtra.co.nz

Neither call appears on PODXS member list.

Subject: [070Club] ZL7DX and Hole 13

Has anyone had any contact with ZL7DX? Is there an Email I could mail them. I have needed Hole 13 since the day golf was
created and since the South Pole Ham station hasnt been online the only other option is ZL7.

Let me know. Im desperate to finish the golf holes. Very few have done it.

Steve, you're really roughing it...5 watts...middle of the day...40m...
I looked, called cq a bit, looked more, but nothing.
Gray line should be better...

I just got my FT817 setup with new computer. I am using a small Lenova Thinkpad for portable and QRP.
I am calling CQ on 40 Meters right now if anyone is around. Burning ionosphere with 5 watts if anyone is around. Like to see if soundcard settings are all good.

Had a short exchange with Marco, EA8AQV, from the Canary Islands on 20M.  Around 72.3.  IOTA #AF-004

Was weak but able to get a qso with my 10 watts.

Good luck to all.  Hope the band conditions stay good.

Milt and all ...

Used to send $2 bills with QSL requests for return postage. Never got the same response I got with $1 bills... think people in other parts of world thought they were counterfeit currency.

With LoTW, thankfully those days are over for the most part. Still get a few QSLs via Bureau from 80's which is fine with me ...better late than never !

I'm glad to be able to knock off a few hour blocks for my 24/7 endorsement.  It's really nice to see so many folks participating. Because without others to talk to in the middle of the night my CQs were going unanswered.  Hope this keeps up for a while so everyone has a chance to get the endorsement.  It's plus that propagation is improving, too.

I just posted on invite to our 24.7 Endorsement meet on a JS8 Call message board.  It is mostly digital mode operators from Australia.  I know my post is off topic but we may get some interest from Australia on our next meet.  Just trying to get some DX in the mix.  It was nice to get Japan on 40 meters for PSK.  Have done it with RTTY but this is the first 40 meter Japan.

Spread across several times zones makes it a little more difficult to get everyone on board.  Thanks to Alan KA5VZG for coming up with the schedule and posting it.
I am surprised at the number of operators participating. See  you on the waterfall.

Bob:

Was surprised to catch Suke. He was strong when I heard you work him, but later caught him further up band and he was weak.

As I was completing 24/7 around 2015, I was very sursed at who was on during those wee hours of the morning. Perhaps you guys will start a trend ?
