Certificate Mailings

Jim K5SP

The poll that was made available in this reflector a few weeks ago concerning the mailing of certificates is complete.  99.2 percent of the members that voted agreed with certificates be provided via email, in pdf format.

Effective immediately, as a result of the membership poll, all certificates will be sent to the recipients.  It is now imperative that you ensure that the email address we have from when you joined is correct.

The following exceptions apply:

  • New membership packets, except those currently on USPS restricted list.
  • Contest Top Dawg winners (requires Rollo Dog tag to be mailed)

All other certificates, such as Contest 1st, 2nd, 3rd, Rag Chewers, will be in pdf form.

Thanks to all for making this a great club, the best in the world!

Make haste to DM17 Eric!  Seriously, sure hope you make it over there as I (and a lot of others) need that grid.  Post here if we can help with questions.  Especially about what you need to buy for your setup!!!!  I love spending other people's money - hi hi.

Eric <radio@...>

I worked him at 21:51 and he was a good, solid, clean 100% honest 549 here in Southern California.  I am following Paul with avid interest hoping to glean some tips and tricks for my attempt to activate DM17 in California and Nevada.  Some QRM when an errant FT8 signal came up right over the top of him.

I look forward to his trip to CN98 because I do not have that one confirmed.

That was the problem...I had never joined the group even though I was getting all of the emails.  I now have all the additional choices on the left side of the screen.

Thanks everyone.

Re: Files Button #poll

Thanks Paula, I have spent hours researching and trying to get an answer as to why some people cannot see the added buttons on the left hand side, all our group settings are correct, so it has to be something on the user side, but had no idea what.

Lee just sent a request, let's see if that works.
