In the rain shadow of the Cascades and situated smack in the Puget Sound "convergence zone" we would need scuba suits and some sort of good waterproofing for the electronics to defend against the blowing and fairly constant rain. Nah.  Summer (e.g. warm rain) here <starts> sometime after July 4th.

I think Paula has a little bit better wx in her part of Western WA.  But maybe not.

Maybe we could rent an RV and hang a wire out the side...
