Interfered with
Well, this is the first time this has happened to me by an 070 member!!!
I was trying to work a 3 land station and all of a sudden a NJ station came on and just started calling CQ CQ DX CQ DX. I tried to let him know he was on top of another ongoing QSO but I think there was a DX station calling him. After he finished, he started just transmitting a steady carrier. Wow, I could not believe it. I finally just moved naturally as nothing I could do and he was very strong here in NC. Like I said, first time for an 070 member. Oh well, maybe he could not here me but I wonder especially since the steady carrier followed after I continued to try and make my QSO to no avail. Re: PODXS Net???
Well, no body really needs Net Logger except for the Net Control Stations. I believe the initial setup is what might take quite a while as someone would have to try and get most of the regulars in somewhat of a database, so when that person checks in, all his information will pop up on the Logger. Now, those that download the Logger and use it, you will see everyone that has checked in and it is color coded as to whether they have checked out or who is up for making calls. that way you know exactly where you stand and when your turn will be. It really is a very neat little program.

I use it when I check in to the OMISS nets and sometimes there are up to 50 - 70 checkins on any one net!!! Needless to say those nets can run for several hours!!!
