success on 80M!

Ok, They are close but I finally managed to make contact with Neil, AE1P and Dick, WB1W in the hotel room from a Superantenna (MP1) in front of a North facing window - my signal must have a LOT of RF in it (as must I!).
     Now to pop off the 80M coil and try 40M!
     Thanks for the two contacts - at least this hasn't been a total loss!

Storms are 25-30 miles south of here according to the radar images. So I should be good to go. Storm is headed away from us.

But his signal was with strong QSB. So it had a hard time!
I think that time of the afternoon (local time) is better than now
