Hi Mark,

Thanks. I have my Buddipole set up for 15 meters. I used it today to work
Utah and Hawaii but still need to see if that will help with closer
stations.

If you are not busy tomorrow (Sunday) around 3 PM, we could try it then or
when it is good for you. I'm retired so most of my day is free.

Hi,
I need a PSK-31 contact with WV to finish my WAS digi (prefer PSK-31!) - I don't see an easy way to check what states members belong to - is there a list somewhere?
Cheers and 73,

Was it on here that some sort of certificate for working an Alaskan
station during 2009 was mentioned? This familiar to anyone... could
have sworn it was on this list.

If we have anyone from Ohio just laying around, I would like to see if they
can here me on 15 meters. I have set up my Buddipole and would like to see
if it works better than the multiband vertical.

RTTY Contesters are a strange breed ....   last night I found a bunch operating at 3602 which puts them out of band, I believe.  Wonder where the OO's were ?

When they come down as far as 7069.0, I just place AUTOCQ on MixW rigth between the shift lines of their signal and let it go for a minute or two...they move, and I actually worked someone like that last night!
It just happens sometimes and we have to live with it for 6 yours.

Seriously I got so mad one night I dialed down to where they're suppose
to be a CQ'ed a few times. We never interfere with them and they ALWAYS
pounce on us!

I have to agree, as a whole it seems the RTTY people are the most
inconsiderate hams. If you look at their rules it says to try and respect
the band plan, not a chance as many run all over us and use 1500 + watts to
do it.

You can only count the points for contact during your time,

Many stations will be on early to give you points and also late to give you points
However they do not count the points as it is before or after there
Friday, 13 February 2009, 2000 - 0200 (YOUR LOCAL TIME).
IF I contact you before 2000 or after 0200 MY Local time I do not count the points
BUT if it is Between 2000 and 0200 YOUR local time you can count the points.

THat helo any?
