I think what you're seein is Pactor, cause
I'm seein it too.
A lot of those things are un-attended so,
nobody's there to see that the frequency is clear before they start blasting out
the e-mail that they are passing. Basically they are Automated QRM
generators.

Hi folks been a busy day today trying to work
you all.
was on 10m 15m 20m managed to work a few but boy
the bands were full qrm from wide signals
but I did mange a lot of qso`s with dx
stations as well as 070 members
was going to do some 40m but I am very tiered sore
legs etc so going to bed
maybe around tomorrow at some time so will listen
out for u all
I was only able to work one member so far on 3
bands and that was py2mj what a signal on 10m!!!!!
so 18members worked and 196 to go
