Finally, finally got Dick KC3EF in DL99. 14.071.738 @ 16:59 UTC. What a struggle! But was 599 into me all moring. He couldn't copy me though. After we worked said he was going QRT for lunch. Will be in DL99 for about another hour after lunch break. KC3FL just north of me worked him just before me. So I think prop is improving to his east and south. Go get him.
