20M open to EU

20m is open to EU. I wkd an F, a DL & a DM station.
I can't tell on psk31, but I went down to 14.020 and listened and worked a few there too...
Echo on their CW signals indicates long path.
I love my new Collins 250 Cy. 1st and 2nd if filters!
