With most radios and software setup using a 3kc waterfall bandwidth setting the radio at 14.070150 leaves a bandwidth of 2.850kc in our normal range so it is a very small difference on 20M. 40M is 10kc off the current range so nothing would be seen of PSK there. Just a huge difference between current use of a radio setting and the waterfall using the 3kc bandwidth and then when you had no bandwidth.
Ahhh. Ok. So this is an old list not anything new.
Makes sense. Just trying to straighten out a local club member who likes to argue.

I believe it is the original frequency list from before PSK software had waterfalls with see and click. That is why the frequency is listed down to the hertz level. You had to set your radio on the exact frequency blind to make a contact.
I agree with you....I am trying to trace down this source of misinformation.....where and why is this posted on QSl.net?

One of the clubs members sent me the following from QSL.net
saying that these are new PSK31 Frequencies. I have not heard of
such changes and of course still making contacts at .070 where
applicable. He is claiming these are active now. Ahh, I am making
