Yeah… I agree.
The bands have been cruddy anyway, with 20 meters petering out about 2300z for me here in GA. Sometimes there are some stations still visible at 0100, but the QSB is bad by then.

Too many have switched to that FT-8 thing and also as Fall/Winter WX approaches more people will be indoors . Just worked a guy MO and he was indoors because of rain and cold wx.
Heard a rumor that sunspots may soon be favoring us. Seeing more Europe propagation, but it still spotty here around 1300-1400 UTC. There 's always hope as we come out of bottom on sunspot cycle.

Just worked CE5DRM... that's #4 for 2017 ! First CE station I've seen in months. Were they hiding or did they have lousy condx like the rest of us ?
