I watched others working him here in CT but I couldn't make out his trace at all.

 Propagation really stinks here now.  Figures!

The web site says the 10th was the first day of operation and that they are there until the 19th.  The front page and the log say PSK is on 20M but I am not sure if that is for the one day or the whole time.  I must assume they will change bands at some point.

With so few people demonstrating a knowledge of  how to work UP there seems to be a pretty good chance of getting them.

Same here - I saw his trace and answering stations but just could not make contact with him.  I tried calling numerous times but nada.   I could NOT see any of the other stations working him.  Hopefully he will be on again this weekend.
