Jay,

I don't know if that's a Microsoft problem on and HP laptop
problem. I run Windows XP on a Dell desktop and have never had
such a problem.

Subject: [070] Windows XP jfaria@faria.netort

When running ANY PSK program on my HP Windows XP
laptop, I find that I must
shut the rig off before I can exit the PSK program. The
voltage at the com
port goes Positive whenever I close the program first,
thereby keying the
transmitter. Anyone know of a fix from Microsoft? I
hear there is one but
haven't been able to locate it. Any help is
appreciated. PS, no problem when
running Windows 98.
