Two things that DX stations do that contribute to the chaos are (1) not
identifying frequently enough and (2) running the same geographical area
for hours on end. Now, #2 is sometimes dictated by propagation, but #1 is
inexcusable. Not everybody has packet. This results in all kinds of
"whats-his-calls" on the DX frequency, followed by the cops moving in,
followed by the FU's and general chaos.
